Why is the image shown is different from the product I received?

We strive the most to give the most accurate representation of the medicine as possible, but sometimes companies tend to update their packing and content color, size, and shape. But do not worry about the chemical composition and its effect on you will be the same. Whenever there is a change in composition we keep it updated.

What to do if the product I am looking for is not available or out of stock?

You can contact us we can help you to suggest an alternative medicine with the same composition. Or you can mail us so that we can procure and make it available for you, If possible.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, there are no hidden charges for any activity you are engaged with Ayushmedi.com. We always follow an honest and transparent business policy

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
  • ZONE A – When order ship within the same city : 1-2 Days Delivery Time after dispatch
  • ZONE B – When order ship within the same state : 2-3 Days Delivery Time after dispatch
  • ZONE C – When order ship in metro cities. : 3-6 Days Delivery Time After Dispatch
  • ZONE D – When order ship in the North East region or Jammu and Kashmir. : 5-10 Days Delivery Time after disptach.

Note: Delivery may delay if some unavoidable reason.

What are the reasons for delayed delivery?
The most common factors resulting in delayed delivery are misspelled, incomplete or outdated addresses, failed delivery attempts, incorrectly completed order forms, package redirections, customs, and poor weather conditions.
What are the payment options available?

Is Cash On Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, we do offer a COD service on orders above Rs 300. 

Note: Special/bulk and on-demand products are not counted in Cash on delivery.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order using My Account or by reaching us with a mail or a call. The order can be canceled only before dispatching.
