NOTE – For hassle-free returns and refunds, must consider recording an unboxing video of the parcel before opening. This can help expedite the process if any issues arise.
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
On-demand products and bulk orders cannot be returned. If the return is made then only 80% amount of the total order value will be refunded. If applicable.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. once the returned product is received by Ayushmedi. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method i.e. refund via the payment method you used. For a refund against cash on delivery order, the user will need to fill out a form that accepts bank account details to which the amount will be refunded. COD charges and taxes are non-refundable.
Please be advised that the order cannot be canceled once your package has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for both the forward and return delivery charges.
Customers can cancel their orders only before the package has been shipped.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 500 rs, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellation
The customer can cancel the order for the product directly by logging in Ayushmedi account till we ship it. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Customers can cancel the order online within 1 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you.
After shipping if a customer still doesn’t need the product he/she may refuse to accept it from the courier partner and we will initiate a refund after the product is received by us.
Other cancellations
Ayushmedi also reserves the right to cancel any orders that our courier partners are unable to accept and service due to certain reasons.
Some other situations that may result in your order being cancelled include:
-Non-availability of the product ordered by you.
-Errors in pricing information specified by our partners (sellers).
-Non-availability of the quantities ordered by you.
-Any other reason beyond the control of Ayushmedi.
