About Dhootapapeshwar Amalaki Tablets

Amalaki commonly known as Amla or Indian gooseberry is an Indian Superfruit widely popular for its health benefits. Ancient Ayurved seers have proclaimed their vital role of protecting health by supporting the immune system. Amalaki tops the list of herbs having rejuvenating and adaptogenic i.e. Rasayan properties. It helps to maintain youth and prevent early aging. It is a rich source of vitamin C and antioxidants. Amalaki, being a pacifier of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, is widely used in Ayurved in various health conditions as a positive health promoter.

Ingridients:

Each Amalaki Tablet contains 500 mg of pure Amalaki 

Dosage:

  • 1 to 2 Tablets 2 to 3 times a day with lukewarm water
  • For maintenance of health in adults: 2 Amalaki Tablets two times a day with lukewarm water. (Avoid consuming Amla with milk as it is sour it can spoil the milk and become Viruddha Ahar.)
  • For healthy hair in adults: 2 Amalaki Tablets two times a day with lukewarm water
  • For enhancing of immunity in adults: 3 Amalaki Tablets two times a day with lukewarm water
