Kshirishungadi (Pancham Masanumas) Ghan Tablet is a classical Ayurvedic formulation prepared as per Masanumas therapy for the fifth month. It is traditionally used during this stage to support maternal health and proper nourishment, following Ayurvedic principles for month-wise care.

Ingredients

  • Kshirishunga
  • Bala
  • Shatavari
  • Guduchi
  • Yashtimadhu
  • Other supportive Ayurvedic herbs processed in Ghan (solid extract) form

Dosage

1–2 tablets twice daily, or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician.
It is generally advised to take the tablet with milk or lukewarm water.
