About Nagaradi (Dasham Masanumas) Ghan Tablet (10th Month)

Nagaradi (Dasham Masanumas) Ghan Tablet is a classical Ayurvedic formulation traditionally used during the 10th month (Dasham Masanumas). It is prepared in ghan (concentrated extract) form to support post-delivery recovery and help maintain overall maternal well-being as per Ayurvedic practice.

Ingredients:

  • Nagar (Shunthi – Zingiber officinale)
  • Pippali (Piper longum)
  • Pippalimool (Root of Piper longum)
  • Chavya (Piper chaba)
  • Chitrak (Plumbago zeylanica)
  • Jeerak (Cuminum cyminum)
  • Ajmoda (Trachyspermum roxburghianum)
  • Other classical supportive herbs as mentioned in Ayurvedic texts
  • Dosage:

As directed by a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner.
Commonly, 1–2 tablets twice daily with lukewarm water or as advised, depending on individual condition and requirements.
