Shringatakadi (Saptam Masanumas) Ghan Tablet is a classical Ayurvedic formulation traditionally prescribed during the seventh month of pregnancy. It is prepared as a concentrated herbal extract (ghan) and is used as part of the Masanumas (month-wise) regimen described in Ayurveda to support maternal health and promote healthy fetal development.

Ingredients

  • Shringataka (Trapa natans)

  • As per classical Ayurvedic reference texts, processed into ghan (solid extract) form
