Dosage & Direction for Use

For best results, follow the traditional usage protocol as directed by your Ayurvedic physician. A common approach includes:

  • Mix the churan with plain curd (approx. 100gm curd + 25ml water) after the morning meal. Do not add salt, sugar, or any other substance to the curd.
  • Optionally, drink fresh lemon juice mixed in plain water (no salt or sweetener) approximately 45 minutes before lunch. Alternate every 2–3 days for best results.
