New Shama Depane Tablet is an Unani herbal medication that contains various herbs and other ingredients. The ingredients possess anti-inflammatory, pain-removing, and stiffness-removing properties like Suranjan (Colchicum), Asgard , Zanjbeel (Zingiber officinale), etc. It is very useful for aging persons, overweight and diabetic persons, and women who are suffering from the post-menopausal stages of their life. These patients are prone to develop osteoarthritis and backache arthritis due to old age.

Ingredients used in New Shama Depane Tablet

Suranjan Talkh: Suranjan is the Unani name of Colchicum luteum Baker, a type of lily plant with yellow flowers. It is a weak base and readily dissolves in water, alcohol, or chloroform but is only slightly soluble in ether or petroleum spirit. It is effective in treating gout and rare diseases though the exact mechanism of action by which it works is not known. This phytochemical has anti-gout and anti-inflammatory activities. It is considered the best remedy for acute gout pain.

Asgand Nagauri: Ashwagandha is used for arthritis, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), balance, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trouble sleeping (insomnia), tumors, tuberculosis, asthma, a skin condition marked by white patchiness (leukoderma), bronchitis, backache, fibromyalgia, menstrual problems, hiccups, Parkinson's disease, and chronic liver disease. It is also used to reduce the side effects of medications used to treat cancer and schizophrenia. Ashwagandha is used to reduce levels of fat and sugar in the blood.
