Directions for Use

1. Shake the container well before use.
2. Hold the can 5–10 cm away from the glans of the penis, with the arrow of the spray pump pointing towards the area of application.
3. Press the pump 3–4 times to spray Only Me on the glans and the nerves on the back side of the penis.
4. Do not touch the applied area for 5–7 minutes before intercourse for best results.
5. Wash off after intercourse.
6. Each application must not exceed 10 metered sprays.
7. Discontinue use if irritation develops.
8. Do not spray in eyes or nostrils.

Contraindications

Only Me Spray is generally safe when used as directed. However, local anaesthetics should not be used by individuals with:

• Myasthenia gravis
• Epilepsy
